I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Brooklyn, NY. I received my Masters of Social Work from New York University and completed five years of advanced training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis from The Training Institute for Mental Health in New York, NY. Additionally, I completed a comprehensive training in Maternal Mental Health at Seleni Institute.

My goal in our work together is to remain authentic, warm, and empathic. I am certainly not a "blank screen" in the room, as that can feel both dated and lonely. Rather, I am interactive and committed to forming a safe and comfortable environment. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” to therapy, and instead prioritize treatment informed by the uniqueness in each of us.

I specialize in working with adult individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, areas of self and identity, and the general frustration of feeling stuck or conflicted. I truly love my job and consider it an enormous privilege to do this work.
